01 - General terms
▪︎ Prices are subject to change based on demand
▪︎ I have the right to reject any order for any reason
▪︎ I do not consent the use of any of my work to be fed to artificial
intelligence neither is the work sold to make use of it.


02 - Payments
▪︎ The accepted currency is USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal or any bank transfer (Spain only).
▪︎ Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
▪︎ Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a space and have asked you to send me payment.


03 - Processing and shipping
▪︎ The time it takes to finish your order varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece ordered, other jobs and seasons.
▪︎ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Please note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork.

04 - Revisions
▪︎ You get 3 rounds of changes to the commissioned piece included in the price.
▪︎ A fee will be added if you would like anything changed on the final drawing, unless there was a misunderstanding on my part.
▪︎ If you want me to change something on the drawing that you have pre-approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
▪︎ If your reference is not clear to begin with, changes will incur an additional charge.


05 - Copyright and Use


Me, Ria’s Workshop (the artist):▪︎ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time and for any reason.
▪︎ I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
▪︎ I will NOT claim intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters remain yours)
▪︎ I will NOT benefit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) violate any of these terms.
▪︎ I reserve the right to publish commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books, marked as commissioned work.


You (the client):▪︎ You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels crediting me for the art.
▪︎ You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece
(resell, redistribute, upload to POD services, print for sale, etc)
▪︎ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
▪︎ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an Adoptable. However, please discuss this with the artist (in this case, me) before paying for the artwork.
▪︎ You retain the intellectual property rights (IP/OC).
▪︎ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.*


The following are considered copyright infringement:
1. Reproducing/commercially using the copyrighted artwork: means making money from it in any way that is not excluded by these terms.
2. Claim the artwork as your own.
3. Alter the artwork without my consent.


* In some cases, commercial rights to the image can be purchased. Price is +50€


06 - Cancellations and refund policy
▪︎ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
▪︎ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after work has begun, a refund may be issued but they agree to pay the removal fee.
▪︎ The cancellation fee for canceling the commission after the work has started is 50% of the commission price (The upfront payment). The client then receives the work as is.
▪︎ A cancellation after the work has been performed or completed is non-refundable and the client must pay the full price previously discussed.


Specific Paypal:
▪︎ If you are receiving a refund, please do not request a Paypal chargeback. I'll pay you back myself.
▪︎ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any time that you were not allowed to request a refund, you will lose all rights mentioned above to the ordered part and I will have every right to earn additional profit in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide Paypal with our conversations where we discussed the fee as proof that I have completed the job for you. Plus, you'll be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
